The score answers one question
How many documented reasons does a Canadian reader have to pause and verify before relying on this operator, payment route or claim? It does not decide criminal liability, game outcomes or a court dispute.

Evidence hierarchy
- Official record: regulator directory, enforcement action, government guidance or court finding.
- Documented case: complaint reference, transaction proof, dated correspondence and outcome.
- Corroborated pattern: several materially similar reports from different users or platforms.
- Public allegation: a review, post or comment that has not been independently verified.
- Marketing claim: operator, affiliate or directory copy that requires primary-source confirmation.
Why dates and domains are mandatory
Operators rebrand, leave provinces and use regional sites. A complaint from another country or an old domain may not describe the account a Canadian reader is considering today. Every decisive record needs a URL and capture date.
How complaint outcomes change a signal
