Interac casino recipient changes: pause before a new transfer

A new recipient, fee or claimed withdrawal release does not prove another Interac transfer is required.

The guide reports verified programme or complaint processes. It does not promise an outcome or turn a complaint into a finding.

Treat the change as unverified

A different recipient or urgent payment instruction can be a mistake, a dispute or a new risk. A casino name or payment logo does not establish who will receive money. Verify through a contact route found independently.

Keep Interac separate from the recipient

Interac is a payment method, not a finding about a casino, withdrawal or person requesting money. Do not send a tax, verification or release fee just because a message uses familiar branding.

Preserve the smallest useful record

Keep the date, amount, sender, exact website, messages and transaction reference. Do not share a password, one-time code or full identity file with someone offering a fix.

Describe the payment accurately

An unrecognised transfer and an authorised payment dispute are different facts. Ask the financial institution which process applies; neither process guarantees a recovery.

Do not create a second loss

Pause before a new transfer and use official payment-provider or financial-institution channels. Remove saved options if the contact is adding pressure to deposit.

Evidence boundary

This guide reports general payment-protection guidance. It makes no allegation about a named casino or recipient.
