Read the guidance for what it says

AGCO's published guidance addresses how iGaming operators identify and support players at risk of gambling harm. It is evidence about an Ontario regulatory safeguard, not evidence that a particular casino account was safe or that a private concern has been decided.

A safeguard is not a guarantee

Tools, communications and support obligations can reduce risk, but they do not promise prevention, treatment, debt relief or a particular customer-service result. Keep an individual complaint separate from the general guidance.

Document what happened

If you are concerned about a specific interaction, keep dates, account messages, responsible-gambling settings and operator correspondence. Avoid sending extra deposits or testing account access to gather evidence.

Use support alongside records

Reducing access to funds, removing saved payment methods and speaking with a support service can be useful while a complaint or financial question is unresolved. A support service does not adjudicate a casino dispute.

Choose the right route

For a regulated Ontario-site dispute, use the operator's formal process and retain its complaint number. For an immediate safety concern, use appropriate urgent services rather than waiting for a regulatory response.

Evidence limit

This guide does not allege that any operator breached AGCO guidance. It explains the recorded primary source and how to avoid overstating it.
