Ontario complaint triage
Ontario iGaming complaint: operator dispute, iGO review or AGCO concern?
Payment, bonus and account disputes usually start with the regulated operator; responsible-gambling, suspected-illegal-activity and advertising concerns can go directly to AGCO.

Start with the nature of the issue
iGaming Ontario lists outcomes, payout amounts, payment handling, game or operator terms, bonuses, identity checks, account closures, voided bets, technical failures and customer service as common operator disputes. For these, use the site's formal complaint procedure and obtain a complaint reference.
When iGO can review
An unresolved or unsatisfactorily resolved dispute may be escalated to iGO after the regulated operator has had enough time under its service standards and the player has followed up. The product must be conducted and managed by iGO and offered by the operator as iGO's agent. iGO says it cannot directly settle a bet, refund a wager or award compensation.
When AGCO is the more direct route
The official player-support page says responsible-gambling, suspected-illegal-activity and advertising complaints may be inappropriate to send to the operator first. Those concerns can be submitted to AGCO through iAGCO, using zero in the complaint or dispute reference field where the form requires a number.
Unregulated site limitation
iGO has no legal relationship with unregulated operators and says it cannot decide their gambling-transaction disputes. Check the live operator directory before preparing an escalation. If the site is absent, keep the exact domain and payment trail and consider fraud, banking, police or legal routes according to the facts.
Create one evidence index
- Site name, exact URL and player ID.
- Chronology with transaction and game references.
- Terms in effect on the event date.
- Operator complaint number and response.
- Reason for escalation and requested correction.
Remove passwords, authentication codes and irrelevant identity documents.
A complaint is not a finding
Submitting a complaint records a concern. It does not establish that the operator breached a standard, acted illegally or owes compensation. Report first-hand facts, label estimates and attach primary records. If gambling is continuing during the dispute, use BetGuard or a support service rather than gambling to generate more evidence.
